Why TeamsMaster

A small team, real ownership, and a product customers actually use every day

We're not a 500-person company where your work disappears into a roadmap. Every person on the team can point to a feature, a client relationship, or a deal they personally shaped.

Ownership

You own outcomes, not tickets

Whether you're closing deals or running campaigns, you're measured on the result, not on hours logged or tasks closed.

Speed

Decisions happen in days, not quarters

A flat structure means new ideas, pricing experiments, and campaign tests get a green light quickly and get tested for real.

Product

Customers you can actually talk to

Sales and marketing sit close to the product team, so feedback from real customers reaches engineering the same week.

Growth

Built for people who want more scope

As TeamsMaster grows, early team members take on bigger regions, bigger budgets, and bigger teams — not just bigger titles.

Life at TeamsMaster

What you get, beyond the paycheck

Performance-linked incentives

Uncapped commission for sales roles and clear, quarterly performance bonuses for marketing and operations roles.

Health cover for you and family

Group health insurance that covers your immediate family, from day one of joining, with no waiting period on basic cover.

Flexible, hybrid work

Core collaboration hours with flexibility around the rest of your day, and the option to work from home several days a week.

Learning budget

An annual budget for courses, certifications, or conferences relevant to your role, no approval chain required under the cap.

Direct access to leadership

Monthly one-on-ones with founders and a genuinely open-door culture, not a suggestion box that nobody reads.

Paid time off that's actually used

A generous leave policy plus a culture where managers actively encourage people to take their time off and disconnect.

Business Development Executive

Full-timeHybrid · Lucknow / Noida0–3 years
+

About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll own the first stage of the TeamsMaster sales funnel: finding, qualifying, and booking demos with HR, operations, and payroll decision-makers at retail chains, manufacturers, construction firms, and IT companies who could benefit from voice-first workforce management.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prospect target accounts across retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and IT services.
  • Run outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls, and qualify inbound leads from the website and free consultation form.
  • Book and, where needed, run first discovery calls, understanding a prospect's current attendance, payroll and HR setup.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and hand qualified opportunities to the closing sales team with clear context.
  • Work closely with marketing to give feedback on which campaigns and messaging are actually converting into meetings.
  • Hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline value generated.

What you'll need

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS or IT services.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections from HR, operations or finance stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar) and basic sales reporting.
  • Clear written and spoken English; Hindi fluency is a strong plus given our customer base.
  • A genuinely curious, persistent attitude — this role involves more "no"s than "yes"es, and that's normal.

Performance Marketing Specialist

Full-timeHybrid · Lucknow / Noida1–4 years
+

About the role

You'll own paid acquisition for TeamsMaster across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, turning a fixed monthly budget into qualified demo bookings and free trial signups. This is a hands-on, in-the-platform role, not a strategy-deck-only position.

What you'll do

  • Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google Search, Google Performance Max, Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Own the full funnel from ad spend to cost-per-qualified-lead to demo-to-trial conversion, not just click-through rate.
  • Write and test ad copy, landing page variants and audience segments, using data to decide what stays live.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution across GA4, Google Tag Manager and the CRM.
  • Report weekly on spend, CAC, pipeline generated, and recommend budget shifts across channels.
  • Coordinate with the content and design team on creative needed for active and upcoming campaigns.

What you'll need

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns for a B2B SaaS product, agency-side or in-house.
  • Practical, campaign-manager-level experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, not certification alone.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and basic SQL or spreadsheet analysis for campaign reporting.
  • Comfortable owning a monthly budget and being accountable for cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition targets.
  • Bonus: experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation, or prior work marketing HR/payroll/workforce software.

Customer Success Associate

Full-timeHybrid · Lucknow0–2 years
+

About the role

You'll be the main point of contact for new TeamsMaster customers during onboarding and their first few months, making sure GPS attendance, payroll and HR setup goes smoothly and that they actually adopt the voice assistant instead of falling back on old habits.

What you'll do

  • Run onboarding calls and walk new customers through employee invites, branch setup, and payroll configuration.
  • Monitor product usage to spot accounts that are under-adopting key features, and proactively reach out to help.
  • Handle day-to-day support queries via chat and email, escalating genuine bugs to the product team with clear context.
  • Collect feature feedback and feed it into a structured backlog reviewed monthly with product and engineering.
  • Support renewal conversations by tracking account health and flagging risk early to the sales team.

What you'll need

  • 0–2 years in customer success, support, or account management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Patient, structured communication style — you can explain a workflow clearly to a non-technical HR manager.
  • Comfortable using a helpdesk tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar) and a CRM for account tracking.
  • Basic understanding of payroll or attendance workflows is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train you on the product.

Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

Full-timeRemote (India)0–2 years
+

About the role

A fully outbound-focused role dedicated to building and running cold outreach sequences into manufacturing, construction and logistics companies that still run attendance and payroll on spreadsheets or legacy software.

What you'll do

  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources for our priority industries.
  • Write and run multi-step email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, testing subject lines and messaging angles.
  • Make outbound cold calls to warm up sequences and book discovery calls directly onto the sales team's calendar.
  • Keep CRM data clean and up to date, and report weekly on sequences sent, reply rate, and meetings booked.

What you'll need

  • 0–2 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, comfortable with high daily outreach volume.
  • Strong written English for cold email and LinkedIn messaging that doesn't read like a template.
  • Resilience — outbound is a numbers game, and this role needs someone who doesn't take "no" personally.
  • Experience with a sales engagement tool (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist or similar) is a plus.
